TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, MOORE APPS LIMITED LIABILITY COMPANY SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES.
This includes damages from use or inability to use the App, interpretation of spiritual content, service interruptions, or reliance on dynamically generated content.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Moore Apps Limited Liability Company from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the App or violation of these Terms.
We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms. You may stop using the App and delete your account at any time.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Michigan, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Michigan.
